All subscriptions auto-renew each year from your sign-up date using the same credit card used when purchased.
If you would like to update your credit card on file, you can do so by following these steps:
Purchased via Desktop or Mobile Web
- Log in to your OpenSnow or OpenSnow account
- Click 'Settings'
- Click 'Subscription' in the left sidebar
- Update your credit card information and click 'Update Credit Card Information'
Purchased via iOS app
Payment information for purchases on your iOS device is managed through your Apple ID. To change or remove your Apple ID payment information, click HERE.
Purchased via Android app
Payment information for purchases on your Android device is managed through your Google Play account in the Google Play Store. To change a subscription payment method, click HERE.
