Via Desktop or Mobile Web

  1. Click 'Log In'
  2. Click 'Forget your password'
  3. Enter your email address and click 'Send Email'
An email will be sent to this address with a temporary password and link to reset your password. If you don't see this email in your inbox after a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder.

If you would like to update your password after you log in, follow these steps:

  1. Click 'Settings'
  2. Click 'Change Password'
  3. Enter your old password, new password, and click 'Change Password'
If you cannot remember the email that is linked to your account or fail to receive a temporary password, contact our support team by sending an email to hello@opensnow.com with your full name.

Via iOS or Android app

  1. Open the OpenSnow or OpenSummit app
  2. Tap 'Settings' in the bottom right-hand corner 
  3. Tap 'Log In'
  4. Tap 'Get help here'
  5. Enter your email address and click 'Send Email'

  1. Open the OpenSnow or OpenSummit app
