Have you just purchased your All-Access subscription through the App Store or Google Play, but still can't see the All-Access features?
Please go through the following steps to restore your purchase:
In the OpenSnow or OpenSummit app:
- Tap 'Settings' in the bottom right-hand corner
- Tap 'Upgrade To All-Access'
- Scroll down and tap 'Restore Purchase'
This should fix the problem and get you upgraded to All-Access.
If it doesn’t, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com with your receipt from Apple or Google.
